What our customers say

Josh and company replaced a vinyl/wood sash in a dining room window. His response to my inquiry was prompt and he had a quote for us that day. He was able to replace the double pane glass timely and one would never guess it had been replaced. The delicate wood moulding that faces inside was replaced expertly. Would recommend J&S highly. Thanks Josh

I needed to replace the glass on an older wooden window with grids. 4 window places told me it could not be fixed. I contacted JS Glazing who without flinching said he could fix it. I was skeptical but he came through.

Did a great job. Replaced a double pane picture window. The glass had become cloudy due to a seal failure. They came out measured, ordered and then installed the new glass. Looks great!!! Quick, neat install. Would highly recommend.

Shower door is absolutely beautiful and the installation looks perfect. Josh at J.S Glazing was wonderful to work with!

J.S glazing does amazing work! Very professional and clean. Extremely happy with the work they did and will definitely use them again.

Difficult job and took a lot of time as a result, but final result is great!

Perfectionists! Extremely professional and reliable. Great prices. Highly recommend.

Joshua Santos, was very professional and as soon as the window came in, he showed up right away on a weekend, to install. We are a repeat customer. He has done windows in our home and glass mirrors in our bathroom. Next will be the shower to upgrade into a beautiful modern room. Thank you for your great expertise and professionalism.

It took a bit longer than expected but overall very satisfied with the shower glass installed by J.S Glazing. The price was reasonable and the quality of work excellent. Highly recommended!

JS Glazing was excellent as they came out within days of my reaching out to quote the job and they installed immediately after they received the replacement glass from their supplier. My inquiries were responded to in short order and their workmanship was excellent. It couldn't have gone better! Bruce Tiverton RI

am 100% satisfied!! While many companies told me it wasn't possible to install a glass shower enclosure in such a small space... J.S. Glazing made it happen!!! And at a fair price!!! Thank you so much, J.S. Glazing!!! 🙏

Josh was terrific. He does all sorts of window and shower door installations but, for us, he replaced a broken Anderson window pane. (Other companies had insisted the entire window had to be replaced.). We recommend him highly.

J.S Glazing was very responsive and executed the work perfectly.

Excellent job, quickly done and great results. Thank you very much.

JS Glazing said yes when others said it can't be done. We had another company come out and take measurements for a glass shower enclosure and we were told it couldn't be done because of our tub shape. Josh came out and gave us options! Install went according to schedule. When some parts were backordered Josh let us know but kept to the schedule with some temporary brackets. There was some minor damage during the install, it happens sometimes. Josh fixed the damage, completed the install when the back ordered brackets were received and discounted the price to cover the repairs without any question. Shower looks great. No leaks or issues. 100% satisfied. Thanks Josh!

Really great job by Josh. He replaced the IGU on a kitchen window for us - came out great. Very punctual, and delivered the goods at a very fair price. Would definitely use him again for future glass needs. Thanks Josh!

I own J Picard tile. I do custom bathroom remodeling and JS glazing is who I choose for all our glass work. They are amazing professional quick to answer your call or any questions. I highly recommend giving them a call and having them come out to take a look at your project.

Very professional in communication and the work. Really satisfied.

Two shower enclosures were installed. J.S. delivered on schedule, responded promptly to all inquiries, and the glass fit exactly to spec. I’d recommend their service.

Great experience working with Josh and J.S Glazing, from start to finish. Josh was on-time during our initial consultation, as well as our installation appointment. He had to replace two windows for us and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. He also provided different options to ensure I selected one that fit my budget. I would recommend J.S Glazing for your next project and will definitely be calling Josh for future glass work.

I Own Tate Lawn Care in Warwick, RI. From time to time we have windows that break. Working with this company has made it much easier and streamlined to have repairs made. Thank you!

I have an older house with windows that are no longer made. When I had an unexpected break I'm one of them I reached out to multiple companies for help. Josh was the first AND most professional responder. He came out the very next day. He took a look and assured me the windows I was told were no longer available are in fact available. He took a few measurements and got the right glass ordered. As soon as he received, he came over and installed it quickly. My experience was completely positive and I would recommend him to anyone. Worth the money to get the job done right!

I love the job J.S Glazing did for me, I’ve been introduced to another company to come and look at the window but the guy was not sure how to remove the existing window, but when J.S Glazing came to look at the crack window, the first thing he told me is how he’s going to pop the stuff that was used to hold the window on the side and just remove the whole window, that’s how I knew they knows their stuff. Thanks for good job

Joshua was professional and fairly priced. He’s trust worthy and does excellent work. I will be using him for all of our glass work. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Efficient, skillful, affordable solution and nice. I highly recommend.

Highly Recommend Josh & J S Glazing. He was professional, friendly, flexible and easy to communicate/work with. His work is exceptional and completed quicker than expected. 10/10 would use again.

Awesome work. Josh is excellent, well priced and fast work.

We had a lax ball go through one of our casement windows. J.S came out that day, took the measurements and ordered the replacement. They came when they said they would and replaced the window. Looks like it was never broken.

Josh did a great job installing my new sliding shower door. He was very responsive, time efficient (even installing on the Saturday before an holiday) and reasonably priced. I recommend using JS Glazing for any of your glass needs.

Amazing Service & Professionalism! JS Glass went above and beyond to help my 94-year-old dad in North Kingstown when his shower door fell off of his 30 year old shower. Living in Tennessee, I couldn’t be there, so I called Joshua at JS Glass. He and his assistant did an excellent job, and my dad loves his new shower. He couldn’t say enough good things about their professionalism, kindness, and quality work. Highly recommend JS Glass for their outstanding service!

J.S. Glazing is a top-notch, reliable company. Joshua and his mobile team make window repairs incredibly convenient, handling assessments and fixes with ease. He replaced a six-foot picture window for my Victorian home, ordering it the same day—while other companies didn’t even call back—and it arrived within a week! As a veteran-owned business, they also offer a veteran discount, which is a great bonus. Their fast response, quality workmanship, and excellent service make them an easy recommendation. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

Joshua was always prompt, exceptionally responsive, and he completed the jobs timely and professionally. He installed two shower doors during 2 bathroom remodel projects. I both highly recommend him and would use him again for other glass projects.

Great job !! Fast service and excellent installation. My window is old and problem getting out but Josh did it with out breaking any molding .

Josh who completed my job was extremely communicative and professional. The glass installation was flawless as well. I’m very happy with my experience and would hire J.S Glazing again in the future.

Must say excellent customer service friendly, professional, understanding and great flexibility to accommodate. We had lots of inconvenience with our schedule the amount of patience was great. I highly recommend.

Fast and professional work! I went from 8 non functioning windows to all of them working perfectly in a matter of weeks.

Josh was great. he did an amazing job installing our shower doors. My only reason why I didn’t give a 5 was that the doors didn’t fit initially. So that was a bit inconvenient otherwise they are perfect and we love them.

Excellent craftsman! Kept us informed throughout the project, and was always on time. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and hire him again!

Once materials were in, delivery and installation were fantastic. Would do business again with J. S. Glazing
